Sacrifices of the soul
Somewhat in oversight unnecessary
But needed to see the expressive tendencies of a heart
An energy hiding behind all that's hidden itself
For reasons frighteningly familiar

Every corner turns up another artist
Dressed in output, deafening itself
In defining confidence, the blockade
