evaporated tears cause the lion's
claw to return
unwanted, warranted, expected though
forgotten until its thrash

peace is a dream we chase after
only finding in moments when we awake.
a mind aware is reborn, introduced,
incarnated until
one finds the courage to trust the lion's eyes
in acceptance of his paw.
